Terms of Service
Last updated August 8, 2026
Trade Bookie is a trading journal. You log your own trades, review your own performance, and optionally appear on a leaderboard alongside other users. These terms cover how you may use it. By creating an account you agree to them.
Trade Bookie is operated by Raul Pereira (“we”). Questions go to raulpereira870@gmail.com.
1.This is not financial advice
Trade Bookie records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. Nothing in the app — not the analytics, not the coaching insights, not the goals, not anything on the leaderboard — is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a solicitation to trade.
We are not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser, or a financial institution, and we are not registered as any of those with any regulator. Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Your trading decisions are yours alone.
2.Past performance means nothing
Numbers displayed in Trade Bookie, including anything on the leaderboard, are historical records of what users say happened. They do not predict future results, and we make no claim that anyone using Trade Bookie will trade profitably.
3.The leaderboard is self-reported
Leaderboard standings are computed from figures users enter themselves. We apply automated checks — including comparing reported prices against public market data and refusing to score trades logged long after the fact — but we do not verify anyone's account statements, and we do not represent any ranking as audited or true.
Appearing on the leaderboard is optional. You can turn it off at any time in Settings, and only your display name and computed totals are ever shown. Your trades, notes and screenshots are never public.
4.Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you actually control. One person, one account.
Don't pick a display name that impersonates another person, this service, or a prop firm or broker. Don't submit fabricated results to influence the leaderboard, don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.
5.Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into Trade Bookie. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, back it up, and display it back to you — plus, if you have the leaderboard switched on, to compute and show your standings.
You can download everything at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account there too. Deletion is permanent.
6.Availability, and keeping your own records
Trade Bookie is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We take reasonable care with backups, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Keep your own records of anything that matters to you, including anything you rely on for taxes or a prop firm evaluation.
7.No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Bookie is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any calculation it displays is accurate.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of Trade Bookie — including any decision you made while looking at it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
9.Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll say so in the app. Continuing to use Trade Bookie after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located there.
